About Tonya:

I am the founder of The Heart Garden Academy, a self-development coaching and training school, and an online community for women healing from toxic relationships called Dear God’s Daughter. Using my signature 'Tend to Your Garden' method, I assist Christian women in establishing a healthy heart foundation.

I provide guidance to uproot negative emotions, transform mindsets, and make faith-based decisions, allowing them to see themselves the way God sees them. 

I am committed to ongoing learning and professional development. I have a certificate in Applied Positive Psychology and I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Health Science. I believe in staying up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, interventions and practical exercises to ensure my clients receive the highest level of support and guidance.
